Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation of intervention strategies for diverse student needs.
- Analyze student work to inform instructional practices.
- Promote effective classroom management techniques.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education or a related field.
- Four years of teaching experience.
- Two years of Highly Effective or Effective Value-Added Model (VAM) ratings.
- Two years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with English Language Learners.
- Experience supporting students with disabilities.
