Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; AAS or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 36 months work experience in the field required.
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment.
• Willingness to teach day, evening, or weekend classes at various sites.
• Knowledge and skill in a variety of computer usage and software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse populations.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Sensitivity to students with diverse backgrounds and disabilities.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students in a learning-centered environment.
• Self-disciplined and able to effectively manage others.
