About the position
The Instructor for Electronic Engineering Technology is responsible for delivering high-quality education in the field, supporting the college curriculum, and engaging students through effective teaching methodologies. This role includes academic advising, professional development, and contributing to institutional and community service, all aimed at enhancing student learning and success.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate skill and/or knowledge in teaching discipline.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
- Establish annual objectives for professional growth in consultation with the department chair.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Certification in WebCT/Blackboard Vista required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of college-level teaching experience or three (3) to ten (10) years of related work experience.
