The position involves conducting research experiments requiring knowledge in the field of Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, Epigenetics and Molecular Carcinogenesis, Biochemistry and/or Bioinformatics. The role includes compiling, analyzing, and reporting statistical data for various projects, performing gene expression data analysis, and integrating large-scale bulk sequencing and single cell sequencing multi-omic datasets. Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain software tools and infrastructure for resolving specific problems and discuss data and interpretation of experimental results with faculty members, collaborators, and laboratory personnel.
