About The Position
The Sports and Recreation Instructor is responsible for planning, executing, and interacting with members and non-members during daily activities for various age groups at the Hale Y and ELC in Quincy, MA. This role focuses on leading the youth volleyball program and summer camps while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. The instructor will also assist with class supervision, organization, and communication, adhering to the policies and procedures of the South Shore YMCA.
