About the position

As an Instrumentation, Control & Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and instrumentation used in various industrial applications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, control systems, and instrumentation technologies. You will work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure that all systems are integrated effectively and operate efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise in the electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure that all engineering projects are completed on time and within budget. This position may also require you to provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems and instrumentation for industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all engineering projects.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instrumentation and control systems design.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Experience with specific software tools for electrical design and simulation.
