Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions that meet functional expectations for key stakeholders while maintaining instrument standards.
• Utilize critical and economic thinking to justify and initiate projects to upgrade or replace equipment.
• Develop instrument-related scopes based on sound and economically viable repair/replacement decisions.
• Lead the development of reliability strategies for the instrument population.
• Apply Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) methodologies to problem-solving.
• Act as a technical mentor for others within the Instrumentation Reliability team.
• Excel in a multi-functional team and prioritize multiple business requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or at least five years of hands-on experience with instrumentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Instrumentation experience in refining or petrochemical environment.
