About the position
The Instrumentation Engineer role is focused on providing technical support for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of site instrumentation and control systems. This position is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical and instrument systems within the facility, contributing to the overall asset management and preventive maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide electrical and instrument technical support for maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of site instrumentation, control, and electrical equipment.
- Participate in the development of the RCM Asset Management Plan (AMP) and oversee the implementation of its requirements.
- Provide input for preventive maintenance (PM) development primarily through the RCM AMP process.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of I&E Maintenance or Reliability Engineering experience required.
- 5 years of I&E Maintenance or Reliability Engineering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of control systems including control valves, transmitters, pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, PLC/DCS.
- TWIC card must be obtained or already held.
