About the position
At TruTeam, we are seeking dedicated installers to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in the installation of a variety of products that enhance energy efficiency and building quality. As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing our products, which include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. Your work will be guided by work orders, manufacturer specifications, and strict adherence to quality and safety guidelines. This position offers a full-time opportunity with a quick turnaround hire process, allowing you to start your career with us promptly. Responsibilities
- Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all necessary products, tools, and equipment for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety checks and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage materials at the job site.
- Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns promptly.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
- Clear Post Offer Drug Screen is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing to perform daily work, including ladder climbing as needed.
