Responsibilities
- Measure and cut insulation materials for pipes and equipment using tools like tape measures, knives, and scissors.
- Bring your experience in heavy industrial pipe insulation to our team.
- Install pipe insulation jacketing, utilizing PVC and aluminum materials.
- Safely remove worn, damaged, or outdated insulation from pipes and equipment.
- Assess the quantity and types of insulation needed and determine the most effective installation methods.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to understand job requirements.
- Apply sealants and protective coatings to enhance insulation longevity.
- Operate construction equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts.
- Handle materials efficiently across the job site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring a professional environment at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical insulation, particularly in heavy industrial settings.
