About the position

The Insurance Account Manager at Zaibaq Insurance Agency is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the insurance sector. The position involves processing quotes, managing policy changes, and maintaining product knowledge to assist clients effectively. The ideal candidate will have a property and casualty insurance license and experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for bilingual candidates in Spanish or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Monitor renewals.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Prepare insurance applications including ACORD Forms.
• Take premium payments from customers.

Requirements

• Prior Insurance Industry experience is required.
• Property & Casualty license.
• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge in marketing the accounts and insurance companies' appetites.

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish or Mandarin speaking is a plus.
