As a Connect Team Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers through the important decision-making process of selecting a Medicare plan that best fits their needs. Our mission is to ensure that every customer receives personalized support and guidance, making their experience as seamless as possible. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact in people's lives on a daily basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent consumer experience on every call. You will guide inbound consumer calls through the initial buying process by effectively screening them and transferring them to the appropriate sales team. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to prospective consumers using an automatic dialing system. It is essential to understand and perform to certain performance metrics, including transfer rates and other qualitative metrics, while complying with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards. You will need to quickly grasp GoHealth policies and procedures and navigate multiple systems while assisting consumers. We are looking for high-energy salespeople who are professional, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting goals while maintaining full compliance with GoHealth policies and regulations.
