We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at an insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working directly with our sales team to achieve weekly goals. This position does not involve cold calling or sales, ensuring a stress-free work environment. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer support
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment

Requirements

  • Must be licensed with the state with a 215 or 220 in Health, Life, or Variable Annuity
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and using CRM software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to type accurately and quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in outbound calling is a plus
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
