Responsibilities

• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Market and promote insurance products to potential customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in insurance sales or a related field
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Spanish and/or other languages (multilingual)
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, telemarketing, or outside sales is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Insurance license (Required)
