About the position

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. This position offers a great opportunity for those passionate about sales and helping families financially, with a complete training system in place for all individuals. Importantly, there is no cold calling involved.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
• Communicate with clients to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to find the best coverage options
• Process policy applications and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
