Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Prospect for new customers and generate leads through networking and community engagement.
• Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
• Close sales and achieve performance targets to earn bonuses and recognition.
• Participate in paid training and mentorship programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of insurance products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales representative role with a proven track record of turning prospects into customers.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life insurance.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
