• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Provide customers with tailored insurance solutions from various carriers.
• Participate in paid training and mentorship programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales representative role with a proven track record of turning prospects into customers.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license with provided training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life insurance.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
