Responsibilities
- Connect with local community members to provide insurance solutions.
- Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through effective relationship management.
- Participate in paid training and mentorship programs to enhance skills.
- Utilize sales support to earn commissions on leads, even if other team members close the deals.
Requirements
- Previous employment in a sales role with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers.
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life insurance.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
