Responsibilities

  • Connect with local community members to provide insurance solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets through effective relationship management.
  • Participate in paid training and mentorship programs to enhance skills.
  • Utilize sales support to earn commissions on leads, even if other team members close the deals.

Requirements

  • Previous employment in a sales role with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers.
  • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life insurance.
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
