Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing customer concerns as needed
• Build and leverage client relationships, educating and advising customers on suitable products

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
