We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a background in retail or outside sales, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Assist clients with the application process and policy renewals.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their insurance options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.
• Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to analyze information and provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
