About the position

The Insurance Agent position at Progressive is a remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service through high-volume inbound calls. The agent will assist customers with their insurance needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. This position requires an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license and emphasizes building relationships with customers without the pressure of cold calling or commission-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their unique insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls.
• Educate customers about coverage options and available products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
• Utilize provided technology and systems to streamline the sales process.
• Work collaboratively within the Customer Care team to meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is required.
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is encouraged, with fluency in speaking and reading.
