About the position

The Northwoods Corporation is looking for an energetic and organized Assistant Account Executive to support the Account Executives and Sales Team. This role involves servicing client needs, handling incoming phone traffic, and assisting customers with billing and non-coverage related inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Prepare automobile identification cards and handle payments.
  • Process changes to policies and other daily service needs for clients.
  • Greet and assist clients who walk into the office.
  • Maintain and document client files in appropriate systems.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to applicable Agency procedures and workflows.
  • Process changes for customers on company websites and other platforms.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with pertinent word processing and email management
  • Ability to assist customers over the phone or in person
  • Organized and proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
