This role is crucial for connecting homeowners with roofing solutions that are covered by their insurance policies. Responsibilities

• Identify and engage homeowners eligible for roofing services via insurance.
• Generate leads through door-to-door efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess roofing needs.
• Educate homeowners on insurance policies and claims processes.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and homeowners to document damage.
• Ensure claim submissions are thorough and accurate.
• Prepare detailed roofing estimates and proposals aligned with insurance coverage.
• Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with homeowners.
• Provide ongoing support from claim submission to project completion.
• Partner with project managers, roofing crews, and the insurance team to deliver top-notch service.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, claims, and project updates.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, ideally in roofing, insurance, or home improvement.
• Strong understanding of homeowners insurance policies and roofing claims processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of roofing systems and repairs (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (construction or insurance background is a plus).
