Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
• Assist customers with account management tasks, including updates and inquiries related to financial services.
• Provide product knowledge and support for SaaS offerings, ensuring customers understand features and benefits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or related fields; experience in financial services is a plus.
• MUST possess a 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License in good standing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in EZLynx, QuoteRush and CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with sales processes and account management practices is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
