About the position

The Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines department plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Service Teams by delivering exceptional solutions to clients. Responsibilities

• Assist with change requests and follow up with carriers as needed.
• Review endorsements for accuracy and enter client information into system applications.
• Provide administrative support, including front desk coverage and other duties.
• Enter accurate client information into the agency management system and export data as needed.
• Create, maintain, and issue evidence of property insurance, auto, and boat identification cards.
• Process final cancellations, renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, non-pays, reinstatements, and cancellations.
• Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance.
• Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.
• Actively engage in learning and study industry trends.
• Seek out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software.
