Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with clients to educate and advise them on the best insurance policies for their needs.
- Assist clients with upselling or cross-selling and rounding out their accounts.
- Issue insurance documentation and assist clients with policy changes.
- Shop renewals and work to maintain client retention.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is required, but assistance will be provided to obtain it if needed.
- 3-6 years of customer service experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer software proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
