Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to insurance policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist clients with understanding and managing their insurance policies, ensuring they have the coverage that suits their needs.
• Guide clients through the claims process, facilitating smooth and efficient resolution.
• Accurately input and update customer information in our systems.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns using critical thinking and comprehension skills.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with understanding and empathy.
• Proficiency in using standard office software applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology or company-specific systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
