Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to customer service.
  • Ability to learn computer functions and multi-task effectively.
