Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense and civil litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, and client communication.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex issues.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve optimal results.
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and depositions.
• Provide strategic advice to clients in various industries.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in insurance defense and/or civil litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting while also working independently.
• Admission to the state bar of PA.
