Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Missouri bar is required; admission to the Kansas bar is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience practicing insurance defense litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
