About The Position
Clyde & Co is seeking an insurance defense associate with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our Chicago office. This practice is focused on the defense of a myriad of high exposure litigation, coverage, and appellate matters, including complex business and commercial litigation, construction, consumer financial services, first party-property, class action and mass tort, environmental litigation, aviation, transportation, hospitality, and marine and energy. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and organized and possesses superior research and writing skills. The Associate will interact with our clients, and other domestic and international insurers in this space and in relation to other latent type insurance claims.
