Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Northwestern Mutual's presence in West Texas.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of 8-10 advisors and college interns annually.
• Drive substantial growth in the region through active client engagement and personal production.
• Establish and grow satellite offices in Lubbock and Amarillo.
• Implement a thriving college internship program.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in building and leading teams.
• Minimum licenses: SIE, General Lines, 6, 63 (bonus if some already held, but otherwise willing to acquire).
• An authentic passion for West Texas and a desire to make a significant impact in Lubbock and Amarillo.
• Visionary mindset to recruit and develop advisors and interns.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Life Insurance, Financial Services, Health Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Disability & Long-Term Care, or Group Benefits Consulting.
• Successful Real Estate Office Leadership experience.
