Responsibilities

• Guide new policyholders through the onboarding process, signing paperwork, uploading documents, checking discounts and policy details, and identifying cross-sale opportunities.
• Review and verify all necessary documentation for new policyholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with policy-related concerns and discounts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information and documentation.
• A genuine desire to help clients navigate the insurance onboarding process and address their needs effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry terminology.
