The Insurance Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate input of data related to invoices and policy documentation. This position requires maintaining up-to-date computer system records, following up on current and outstanding documentation, and handling complex and confidential documentation. The specialist will also be responsible for managing information and documentation for client-specific data, ensuring that all records are accurate and accessible. In addition to data management, the Insurance Operations Specialist will build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a keen awareness of business needs and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams. The Client Profile Specialist aspect of the role involves inputting and validating client data within a newly created Client Profile, providing essential administrative data compilation to the client-facing team, and supporting the operations team in data collection efforts. The support required for this position includes reviewing existing client data and information within the client's systems and data extract reports for input into the Client Profile. It is important to note that interactions will be internal only, with no direct client interaction required. The role is designed to ensure that all client data is accurately represented and maintained within the company's systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations team.
