The Personal Lines Account Manager at James E. Moore Insurance Agency is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional service to clients while managing a book of business. This position serves as a vital link between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring that clients receive the best insurance coverage tailored to their needs. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, assisting in marketing and placement of insurance policies, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be the essential link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the agency.
• Assist our producers in servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Respond to all inquiries and client requests, in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.

Requirements

• Must have an active North Carolina P&C insurance license.
• Must be proficient in Personal Lines with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Meaningful designation preferred.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
