About the position

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Insurance Premium Payment Associate. This position is full-time and operates on a day shift. The role is located on-site in Virginia Beach, with the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week after successful completion of training. The standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The associate will respond to record and process telephonic payment inquiries, taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires working in multiple computer programs simultaneously and managing changing volume demands of the call center.
