Requirements

• Must hold or be willing to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Ability to identify and address clients' needs effectively.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets or similar goals.
