About the position

The Insurance Product Analyst at Society Insurance plays a vital role in the product development life cycle, serving as a bridge between product strategy and successful product delivery. This position involves analyzing industry trends, conducting competitor research, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating product activities to enhance the company's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Identifies key industry trends and recommends changes based on those trends.
• Completes competitor research and analysis.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and technical product requirements.
• Coordinates product configuration, testing, and migration activities.
• Audits policy output for compliance and recommends corrective actions.
• Tracks and analyzes changes initiated by insurance bureaus at both state and country-wide levels.
• Coordinates, assembles, and files products with states for approval in collaboration with Actuary, Underwriting, and Product teams.
• Participates in negotiations with regulators to expedite product approvals.
• Maintains a library of product rates, rules, and forms.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
