About the position

We are seeking a Personal Lines & Personal Auto Insurance Product Analyst to join our team, with the flexibility of remote work from home. This role is pivotal in creating and maintaining forms and contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for our insurance product line. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to drive new product initiatives, implement product updates, and adapt to regulatory changes. This position requires a strong focus on the development, implementation, and management of both new and existing personal lines and personal auto liability products. The analyst will be responsible for developing product forms tailored to specific risk exposures, ensuring that all products meet the necessary legislative and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in product design and market analysis to enhance our offerings. You will be expected to conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product development strategies, ensuring that our products remain competitive and compliant. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, particularly in personal lines, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of underwriting and regulatory compliance. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality insurance products that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain forms and contracts for personal lines and personal auto insurance products.
  • Assess compliance of forms and procedures in service of the insurance product line.
  • Collaborate with other departments on new product initiatives and updates.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform product development strategies.
  • Develop product forms for specific risk exposures.
  • Implement and manage new and existing personal lines and personal auto liability products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in form design for insurance products.
  • CPCU designation is preferred.
  • Intimate knowledge of legislative and regulatory impacts on insurance products.
  • Experience in market analysis and product development.

  • Experience in underwriting and KPI development.
  • Familiarity with global risk management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
