About the position

The Personal Auto Insurance Product Development Specialist will focus on creating contract language and policy terms for personal lines and personal auto insurance products. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing product opportunities, and developing necessary documentation to support product development and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new product development and existing product revision by conducting market research and analysis
• Prepare presentations of findings and recommendations for senior management
• Develop forms, contract wording, and underwriting guideline changes for assigned products

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance product analysis or development
• Experience in personal lines and personal auto insurance product design
• Knowledge of market analysis and underwriting processes
• Familiarity with KPI development, policies, forms, rates, and rules

Nice-to-haves

• CPCU designation
• Experience with multi-line insurance products
• Strong presentation and communication skills
