About the position

The Insurance Restoration Project Supplementor at Balance, LLC is responsible for managing administrative tasks related to construction projects, particularly in the property space. This role involves ensuring compliance with building codes, reviewing estimates, and collaborating with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies. The position is based in the Indianapolis office and emphasizes teamwork and quality work within a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative work for construction projects across the United States, confirming code requirements and materials installed.
• Review estimates from the estimating department and client documentation to ensure full project scope is included in the Xactimate Estimate.
• Provide compliant administrative feedback and notes to contractors and others involved in the project.
• Work with insurance companies to reconcile differences in estimates for construction projects related to storm damage or other insurance losses.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Support departments to set proper client expectations throughout the construction job file administration process.

Requirements

• Experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry (preferred but not required).
• Experience in the Construction Industry (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of inside or outside phone sales experience (preferred but not required).
