This position offers a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Allstate agencies in the Kansas City area, where you will be part of a dynamic and energetic team. The role is designed for individuals who possess strong sales and relationship-building skills, and who are determined to succeed in a rewarding career with excellent income potential. As a Sales Account Executive, you will have the chance to earn a total compensation package that can reach up to $100,000 or more, which includes a competitive base salary and commission structure. In this role, you will engage with new prospects and build strong relationships within the community. You will leverage your sales skills and any insurance knowledge you may have to help customers understand the value of insurance products. The Sumrall Group prides itself on fostering a flexible and fun work culture, supported by strong leadership and collaborative teamwork. You will receive hands-on training to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the needs of your clients and achieve your sales goals. Your responsibilities will include generating new business, cross-selling to existing customers, and educating prospective clients on how to protect their families and assets. You will play a vital role in helping your local community prepare for life's uncertainties, all while providing a positive customer experience. This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing evenings off, which contributes to a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Help grow the local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.
  • Apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customer understanding of the value of insurance.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from various sources.
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that meet their needs.
  • Serve the local community by assisting them in preparing for life's uncertainties.
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
  • Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
  • No insurance experience required; willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) upon hire (existing license is a plus!).
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
