About the position

Gwen Brooks - State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and self-starting individual for the role of Insurance Sales Account Manager in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time position offers an opportunity to develop a rewarding career in insurance sales, with comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience. The role focuses on building client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals, all while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 60 days).
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days).
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required.
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred).
