Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies.
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
- Effectively problem solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases.
- Provide attentive, high-energy conversations with customers to find the best policy fit.
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Customer service skills
- Property & Casualty License (to be obtained within 30 days of starting)
- Entry-level experience in insurance sales
