About the position
The Insurance Sales Agent/Sales Representative role at Confie involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. Responsibilities
- Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
- Build relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
- Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely delivery of deposits to the bank.
- Educate and advise customers on insurance products that best fit their needs.
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
