About the position

The Insurance Agent position at Confie involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. The role focuses on achieving sales production goals through relationship building and maintaining current business levels. Agents will also be responsible for accurate transaction accounting and timely deposit deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
• Build and leverage relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely delivery of deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
