About the position

The Insurance Sales Agent/Sales Representative role involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. The position focuses on achieving sales production goals through relationship building and maintaining current business levels. Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
• Build relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
