About the position

The Insurance Sales Agent/Store Manager at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is a full-time role focused on driving sales performance and managing a team within a retail insurance environment. This position offers the opportunity to earn a base hourly wage plus unlimited commission, while also providing comprehensive training and mentorship to team members. The Store Manager is responsible for achieving operational targets, enhancing customer relationships, and fostering a culture of recognition and advancement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Mid-level Property & Casualty License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in mentoring and business coaching.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Personal Lines License preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
