Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Generate insurance quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Must currently hold a Property & Casualty (P/C) License or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and personal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up.
- Strong problem-solving skills and great listening abilities.
- Must be coachable and have a positive attitude.
