Responsibilities

- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community outreach, to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and promote insurance products.

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques and outside sales strategies.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish, to better serve a diverse client base.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with retail sales concepts is beneficial for understanding client needs and preferences.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for handling sensitive client information responsibly.
